Aaron Carter, singer, and brother of Backstreet Boys’ Nick Carter, passed away at the age of 34.

Aaron Carter,singer and brother of Backstrret Boys’ Nick Carter who died at the age of 34, rose to fame as a 9-year-old when he opened for the Backstreet Boys. He released several albums, appeared on Broadway, and appeared in several TV shows.

According to a statement from one of his representatives, Aaron Carter, a pop singer who had hits in the early 2000s and was the younger brother of Backstreet Boy, died Saturday.

He was 34.

The cause of death was not specified in Roger Paul’s statement. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office said detectives were looking into a “suspicious death” at Carter’s home in Lancaster, Calif., on Saturday.

Tyler Hilton, a singer and former cast member of One Tree Hill, tweeted that the news had devastated him. Hilton wrote, “This kid had such a spark.” “I’ve known him for years and have always liked him; he was friendly and hilarious. He was skilled at putting on shows and loved doing them.

“We are shocked and saddened by the sudden passing of Aaron Carter,” the official New Kids on the Block Twitter account stated. Prayers for the Carter family. Aaron, may you rest in peace.”

Carter, who was born on December 7, 1987, in Tampa, Florida, got his start opening for the Backstreet Boys on a 1997 tour. Aaron Carter, his debut album, was released later that year when he was only 9 years old and went gold.

Carter’s second album, “Aaron’s Party (Come Get It),” released in 2000, was certified triple-platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America, and its title song peaked at number 35 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. He was also known for the songs “I Want Candy” and “I’m All About You” from his 2001 album, “Oh Aaron.” His 2001 single “That’s How I Beat Shaq” featured the titular NBA player in a video shot on a park’s blacktop court and preteens dancing to the bubble gum pop hit.

1. 1997: First Solo Show, Single, and Album:

The most thrilling thing that has ever happened to us is Aaron Carter coming here, Lizzie, played by Hilary Duff, exclaims in the episode. He’s talented, cool, and cute. Under the mistletoe, she eventually runs into Aaron, who gives her a quick kiss.

He brought his acting to Broadway in April 2001, where he made his stage debut in Seussical as JoJo.

That year, Carter kept himself busy by releasing his third studio album, Oh Aaron, which featured his first duet with his brother Nick. 6. 2003: Bonus single

The compilation album Most Requested Hits, which Carter released on November 3, 2003, contained songs from his previous three albums but none from his self-titled debut. “One Better,” a bonus single, was included in the set.

7. 2005: Popstar and more

In Popstar, a direct-to-video film that was released on March 29, 2005, and was loosely based on Carter’s own experience as a pop star, Carter played JD McQueen. On the soundtrack, the brand-new song “Saturday Night” was included. In the 2005 August 17 release of the movie Supercross, he played the supporting character Owen Cole.



8. 2006:House of Carters:

Aaron, Nick, B.J., Leslie, and Angel Carter, the five Carter siblings, all appeared on the eight-episode E! reality series House of Carters. 9. 2009:Dancing with the Stars

Carter was chosen for the popular ABC reality dance competition series Dancing With the Stars’ ninth season. He finished fifth with partner Karina Smirnoff. The appropriately themed one-off song “Dance With Me,” featuring Flo Rida, was also released in 2009.

10. 2012:

The reality series on the Food Network with Rachael Ray and Guy Fieri chose Carter as one of its celebrity guests in 2012. Carter was assigned to Ray’s team in the game show while playing for the charity Kids Beating Cancer. Sadly, he was eliminated by the end of the first episode.

11. 2016: Fool’s Gold

“Fool’s Gold” gave a taste of what was to come from Carter on his upcoming album when it was first previewed with a snippet on Billboard in November 2015 and officially released in full on April 1, 2016.

For the past ten years, Carter has been working on new music, and he expressed his extreme excitement about being in a position to release a new album soon.

12. 2017: The LØVË EP

Feb. 10, 2017, saw the release of Carter’s five-song LOVE EP, which featured “Fool’s Gold” and his newest single “Sooner or Later,” introducing fans to his evolving sound and what to expect from his upcoming full-length album.
